When will my order arrive?

Typically, orders will ship within 72 hours. But Please allow 3-5 business days to ship.

How do I return an order?

We will happily accept your return from any order made through theiriecollection.com. We kindly ask that the original tags are still in tact, the layer is unworn, unwashed and that the return is submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please include your name and order items for processing.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returned items. Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. You may use any shipping carrier to send your item(s) back. Once your item arrives back to our studio, you will RECEIVE a refund back to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for you return to reviewed and processed.

Return exceptions:
Returns may not be made on final sale items. Mystery Duos are final sale.

Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our unique dye process, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order.
